CHONK was founded by Sumaiya Riza (Head Baker) and Thariq Hamad (Ops Manager) with a singular vision: to bring world-class, NYC-style cookies to Sri Lanka.

We believed our island deserved more — premium ingredients, meticulous craft, and flavours that leave a lasting impression. Not just a cookie, but an experience worth savouring.

What began as a passion project became a local favourite, one cookie at a time.
